Fans of new Battle Royale outfits are in for a treat this weekend, after a number of recently leaked design were made available by Epic Games.
The new Fortnite skins can be found on PS4, Xbox One and PC, and are available to purchase for V-Bucks.
The Fortnite Leviathan outfit is one of the more wild designs and is definitely up there with the likes of John Wick and Raven.
As you might expect, the Leviathan is a Legendary skin, meaning it will cost you around 2,000 V-Bucks to buy, which is around $25 USD.
Epic Games announced the news of the new skin going live on Twitter, writing: “Don’t get caught singing the blues… dodge the lodge and win with your crew.
“The Leviathan Outfit has landed. Get it now!”
And it wasn’t the only new cosmetic item to go live today, with the Planetary Probe glider also available to purchase for 1,200 V-Bucks.
Luckily for those who don’t want to drop the cash on the new skins, they don’t provide any kind of benefit in-game.
These are just cosmetic items, meaning you won’t get any kind of boost from buying it, avoiding any pay-to-win situations.
There were plenty of other designs recently leaked, so fans can probably expect a few other top drop.
Two other skins that were recently launched included the new Cipher Outfit and Cutting Edge Pickaxe.
Both are available to grab from the store, and were part of the list of leaked content found by dataminers earlier this week.
Other designs included a brand new dinosaur and pumpkin skins, as well as colourful new gliders and pickaxes.
It’s unclear when the new loot will be available, or whether it”s being saved for next season.
With a comet appearing over Tilted Towers, the season is rumoured to end with a bang.
As always, Battle Royale fans can also unlock new skins and cosmetics by buying the Fortnite Battle Pass.
That’s where you can grab the John Wick skin, and is also another item that can be bought for V-Bucks.
The Fortnite Battle Pass costs 950 V-Bucks and comes with 100 tiers of content to unlock on all platforms.
Epic Games recently released a new Battle Pass Tier Bundle, which costs 900 V-Bucks and allows players to jump ahead 10 tiers.
And with the current Battle Pass season scheduled to end on April 30, there might be a lot more interest in grabbing these microtransactions to avoid missing out on items.
For the first 70 tiers players receive 70 items, with the added 30 tiers in Season 3 offering more loot which can be unlocked in the same amount of time as Season 2.
Fans can also unlock a free Back Bling item being offered by Epic Games this week.
The new Rusty Bling can be picked up from the Fortnite Store for free and is being made available by the development team to make up for the recent outage.
